Where are you located?

I'm a home-based baker in Houston, Texas. If you're doing a pickup, I will send you the address.

Can I stop by anytime to purchase a baked good?

Unfortunately not. Since I am a home-based baker, I make all goods to order. If you're not sure if I'm available, just send me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I will respond in 24 hours or less.

How far in advance should I place my order?

The earlier, the better. I ask that all orders are placed at least 5 days in advance. Late orders are subject to a rush charge. Rush charges can vary depending on the item and how late the order is placed.

Do you serve samples? Are they free?

I do serve samples, but only on certain days. They are $5 and must be picked up from me.

When/how do I pay for my order?

I do require a 50% deposit on all orders. If you wish to pay the full amount in advance, you can. The following forms of payment are accepted: cash, CashApp, Venmo, & Zelle.

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. In the case of a weather event (ex: a hurricane) or Hilliary's unavailability, customers can receive a full refund of their deposit. Specialty items ordered by Hilliary are not refundable.
